Located two blocks from a food cart pod and grocery store, and a bit further to shops, restaurants, and movie theaters of St. Johns, you will have much of what you want/need. Nature is also abundant all around with green parks in every direction. Explore or just sit on the large covered front porch and watch the eclectic passers by.
There are two bedrooms connected by a large Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full bed. The couch in the living room can pull out into a queen bed too. A full kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook. The ceilings are high, fir floors are comforting and the energy simple and inviting.
Just Steps from the Max

Our home is just a few year old, newer construction features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only steps away from the Max/Train-experience Portland like a native rather than a visitor. Situated in North Portland aka NOPO-the Kenton Neighborhood is true Portlandia. A two minute walk puts you in Kenton Historical District with plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, and beautiful park.
We would love to welcome you into our condo. Whether you’re vacationing in our beautiful city, here on business, or re-locating to the area we think you will enjoy our comfortable home. This newly constructed, sound insulated, second story apartment with lofted cathedral ceilings adorns a minimalist aesthetic that is dashed with a touch of greenery, creating a comfortable, familiar setting. The clean lines and thoughtful attention to an elevated experience is underscored by exposed industrial accents that structure a sense of utility and intention to the space; setting the stage for guests to fully realize their Portland experience.
University of Portland private Guest House

This architect designed private guest house is only two blocks from the University of Portland with easy access to downtown, as well as the Adidas offices. This fully private, one bedroom guesthouse has its own front and back patios. Entry is through a gate, with free parking easily found on the street.
Natural light floods the space through sky-lit ceilings with plenty of built in storage for longer stays. A private garden patio front and back offers outdoor morning coffee and BBQ opportunities. There is a full kitchen with laundry facilities, a workspace including hi speed internet, a separate bedroom and an airbed or comfy sofa for a third guest. This quiet, safe neighborhood has ample free street parking. There is access to your own mailbox. The guest house was built with mobility in mind, and has no steps to navigate. A small dog lives in the main house with us, but has no access to the guesthouse.
